The second generation officially takes over. Peri Design becomes Peri Living: a name that reflects a more international identity and an expanded collection.
Our in-house design gives the brand its unique signature.
– The Daughters
Daughters Sandra and Malu gradually take their place in the company. With a fresh perspective, creativity and an eye for design, they lead the next evolution.
– PeriGlass
Together with Hettie, Cees founds PeriGlass, which later becomes Peri Design. Known especially for its oil lamps, the brand brings warmth, style and atmosphere into homes across the Netherlands. A true family business is born.
– CJ Verwijmeren Agency
Following his entrepreneurial spirit, Cees establishes CJ Verwijmeren Agency. His instinct for trade and passion for quality lay the foundation for something far greater.
In the midst of candles, the spark was born: our parents, Cees and Hettie, met while working at the candle factory in Breda. Without realizing it, this was the moment the first flame was lit for what would later become our family business.
