I have a shop and would like to become a reseller

Become a business customer.
Make a business account. We monitor exclusivity by keeping one dealer per environment. (this protection only applies if your order reached free delivery and having a physical store).
The products are sold per unit pack.
Oil lamps always go together with the oil (this to guarantee the quality).

What is the minimum order amount and transport costs?

To become a dealer your first order needs to be €1500.
As dealer we give you protection in exclusivity in your area.

BENELUX:

Free delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg is € 750
Under € 750, freight costs added.*

FR - DE:
Free € 1500
under € 1500, freight costs added.*
Under € 750 not possible to order

Other countries:
Ex works (We have the goods ready for collection at our location)
There are possibilities that we organize transport, this will always be in consultation.

What is the delivery time?

If Available see below the delivery time.
When products are out of stock you can find the information at the products when they are able to order

Within the Benelux standard 1 to 2 days*
Outside the Benelux standard 3 to max 6 days*

*These are standard times we have no control for any exceptions

What are the payment terms?

The payment by accepting a mandate after delivery

Can I visit your showroom?

Our showroom is open every working day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except holidays) for B2B customers.

You are very welcome to come by.
Your order can be collected and taken immediately.

Can I also buy from you as a consumer?

No, we only do B2B. But we made a storelocator where you can find your nearest point of sale.
